Roulettino payments: funding your account and cashing out

Start playing

Roulettino accepts deposits and pays out withdrawals through a range of card, e-wallet, bank transfer and cryptocurrency routes. This page covers how each direction works, what the operator's stated timings are, where fees apply and what you will need to provide before your first payout.

Deposit options at Roulettino

Roulettino accepts funding through Visa, Mastercard, EcoPayz, Interac, Instadebit, iDebit and a range of cryptocurrencies. Credit card deposits are also supported. The minimum deposit varies by country, and the maximum depends on the payment method you choose — neither is a fixed universal figure.

The site's internal operating currency is the Euro, and it supports twelve fiat and cryptocurrency options including EUR, BRL, CAD, NOK and BTC. If you deposit in a different currency, the amount is converted at the rate applied at the time of the transaction.

One rule applies regardless of method: before you can request a withdrawal, your deposited balance must be played through. The terms require active deposited amounts to be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal is processed — this is a deposit turnover condition, separate from any bonus wagering.

Cashing out your balance

Roulettino pays withdrawals via Visa OCT (Original Credit Transfer), Mastercard Payment Transfer, EcoPayz, Interac, Instadebit, iDebit and bank transfers. Not every deposit method is also a withdrawal route — funding a deposit with a method does not guarantee you can withdraw back to the same channel.

The minimum withdrawal is €50, or its equivalent in your operating currency. There is also a higher-end threshold that applies depending on your country of residence and payment method, reaching up to €120 in some cases. Withdrawals above €10,000 can be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 at the operator's discretion, until the full amount is settled.

Maximum withdrawal amounts depend on the payment method used and, importantly, on your Loyalty Rank. Higher ranks unlock higher withdrawal ceilings. Specific caps for standard accounts are set at the method level rather than published as a single universal figure.

How to request a withdrawal

  1. Log in and open the cashier section of your account.
  2. Select the withdrawal tab and choose your preferred payout method from the options available to your account.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, staying within the method's stated limits.
  4. If this is your first withdrawal, expect a verification request before the payment is released — see the KYC section below.
  5. Confirm the request. The operator will process it within the stated window once any identity checks are complete.

Processing times and what the wait depends on

Roulettino states that withdrawal processing can take up to 72 hours. That window is the operator's side only — once the payment leaves Roulettino, the receiving bank or e-wallet applies its own transfer time on top.

Several factors can extend the wait beyond that 72-hour window. Verification documents that have not yet been approved will hold a payout until KYC is complete. Withdrawals above the monthly instalment threshold are paid incrementally. The method itself matters too: bank transfers typically take longer to clear than e-wallet routes once the funds are in transit.

Limits, fees and charges

Most payment routes at Roulettino carry no operator-side fee, but bank transfers are an exception. Intermediary banks can apply charges on bank transfer withdrawals, and these are capped at the equivalent of €16 — the operator does not cover costs above that cap, but the cap prevents the fee from running higher.

Fee or limit Detail
Minimum withdrawal €50 (up to €120 depending on country and method)
Bank transfer fee cap Up to €16 equivalent (intermediary bank charges)
Large win instalments Wins over €10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000
Dormant account fee €10 per month after 12 consecutive months without a login
Crypto recovery fee 0.1 BTC, only attempted if the misdirected amount exceeds €5,000
Withdrawal processing Up to 72 hours

The dormant account charge of €10 per month kicks in after twelve months without logging in. Keeping your account active — even without depositing — avoids it.

Cryptocurrency carries its own risk: if you send funds to the wrong network address, Roulettino will only attempt a recovery if the misrouted amount exceeds €5,000, and a fee of 0.1 BTC applies to cover the recovery costs. For smaller amounts, no recovery is attempted.

The documents you will be asked for

Roulettino reserves the right to carry out identity verification from your first withdrawal. Standard documents include a passport or national identity card, a utility bill and copies of any debit or credit cards used to deposit. All submitted documents must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet.

Beyond the core documents, the operator may ask for a selfie with your ID, a video verification session, a phone call to the number on your account, or a Skype or Zoom interview. For refunds specifically, both sides of a photo ID, a proof of address dated within 90 days and a bank statement are required.

Source-of-funds checks can also be requested where a transaction is involved. You have 15 days from the date of a verification request to provide the documents asked for. Preparing copies of your ID and a recent utility bill before your first withdrawal keeps things moving.

If a payout is late or refused

The most common reasons for a held withdrawal are an incomplete verification, an unmet deposit turnover condition or a pending review of your account activity. A bonus that has not been fully wagered will also block a withdrawal — at Roulettino, all bonuses are sticky, meaning funds cannot be released until the wagering requirement is met in full.

If your withdrawal is past the 72-hour processing window and you have not received a notification, contact Roulettino's support team at [email protected]. Have the transaction date, the amount requested and the payment method ready — the first reply is much faster when those details are in your opening message.

For refund requests, the operator takes up to seven business days to reach a decision, and finalises the refund within 48 hours of that decision.

Responsible gambling

Roulettino provides deposit limits, wagering limits and loss limits — all configurable from your account. Any increase to a deposit limit takes 24 hours to come into effect, which gives you a cooling-off period before a higher limit applies. Self-exclusion is available for a fixed term between 3 months and 5 years, or on an indefinite basis. Cancelling a fixed exclusion requires a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period; lifting an indefinite one requires a 7-day wait.

Gambling is entertainment. If it starts to feel like something else, free support is available 24 hours a day. You must be 18+ to use this site.

This site is for players aged 18 and over (18+) only. If gambling ever stops feeling like entertainment, free and confidential help is available at BeGambleAware.org.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Roulettino withdrawal take?

Roulettino states withdrawal processing takes up to 72 hours on their side. Once released, your bank or e-wallet applies its own transfer time, so the total wait can be longer depending on the method you use.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount at Roulettino?

The minimum withdrawal is €50, though it can be higher depending on your country of residence and the payment method chosen — up to €120 in some cases.

Does Roulettino charge fees on withdrawals?

Most methods carry no operator-side fee. Bank transfer withdrawals can attract intermediary bank charges, capped at the equivalent of €16. A 0.1 BTC fee applies if you need the operator to recover cryptocurrency sent to the wrong network address, and only if the amount exceeds €5,000.

Can a Roulettino withdrawal be put on hold?

Yes — the most common reasons are pending identity verification, an unmet deposit turnover requirement, or an active bonus that has not yet been fully wagered. Providing your KYC documents before requesting your first payout helps avoid delays.
